we bought the smaller genesis and when this machine did not work after a lot of complains we decided to replace this with the bigger model hydrovac plus<br> it worked well but it keeps on giving problems, and then the roller did not turn<br> <br> after complaining we had to buy a no head, with no result<br> <br> now we complained every month and we believe the motor has not have the sucking power <br> <br> every time we complain we have to buy something new<br> <br> now tomorrow the guarantee expire and we are still not happy<br> <br> hopefully this will help
