Hydro vac
Bought a hydro vac in September 2014 Alberton veri mark,before the two year warranty expired I sent it twice back to the store for motor repairs,they couldn't tell me how it got damaged just that water got in the motor( funny it uses water).their technical teams are *********** don't know what they are doing,not able to identify the cause of the motor been damaged. I sent it for a check at veri mark kylami and Daniel who is a sales agent pick up the cause of the motor been damaged and said he will look into it .know they expect me to pay for their negligence and what guarantee do i have that it will last a month

As per our email correspondence, there are various ways for water to enter the motor compartment if the unit is not used as prescribed by the user manual. We are happy that your previous repairs were both covered by your guarantee and at no cost to yourself. Further to this, we will gladly repair the unit under guarantee and will also send someone to assist with product training with the end user to assist with the longevity of your unit.
Verimark aligns itself with the CPA and will gladly guarantee any repairs for a period of three months from date of repair.
