Humiliated, dissapointed and disgusted

Bought a Verimark Cyclovac vacuum cleaner last year October at the Mall @Carnival branch, Mnguni salesperson at the time admitted that they do have problems with the vacuums because my previous one gave the same problem, so after struggling almost 2 weeks with vacuum cleaner keep switching off after vacuuming 1 room with tiles and cleaning the filter every 5 minutes, went to the same branch with the vacuum, was not even greeted by Sthembiso, did not even finish explaining he took the filter which I did not clean because of all the struggle I was fed up he tapped it on the floor and obviously the dust will come out then he said thats my problem, he probably likes his own voice because every time I try to explain again he just keeps talking me down, worst worst service I have ever gotten in my life, humiliated about the way I was treated while he keeps going to the lady sitting laughing for what reason I dont know. You are suppose to help yout client not speak to them like a dog. I will take this matter further because I was told by Mnguni last year the filter needs to be cleaned maybe once a month.
