Guarantee stupidity
Called verimark call center 2 times to register 4 my guarantee on Apex Bauer pan, both times I was asked to go on the website yet the packaging advise to call the call center,after tell this to them they advise to email proof of purchase, received email back with all my details,called them back was advised as long as I have the slip my guarantee is provided, then why advise on the box to register my guarantee?
