Green mop & bucket

So i bought a green bucket mop set for six hundred, after only two months I'm having very frastrating problems with it...it keeps on getting attached from the spinner....resaulting in it to be taken apart every 10 minutes. This is extremely irritating so i emailed verimark who told me that i have to take it to my nearest branch for them to check with the warentee....i don't keep receipts for mops....so i asked them if they can't send a representor out to assist me and their straight forward answer is ...NO.. So now i ask what kind of service do you expect from a supplier if it comes to their product being faulty. If i had the time to drive up and down for little things like this i would but i simply don't see why. I was also informed by the consultant assisting me that they've never had a defaulted mop therefore don't see why mine would be defaulting.....utter lie since my mom faces the same issue....ok but her mop is like three years old.
