Great support service regarding broken machine

I had issues with a machine I ordered. The online customer care rep, the local store manager and the regional manager were all very helpful. They ordered me a replacement machine, but it was also faulty. So they refunded me in full within 30min of me leaving the local store. I'm disappointed about the machine not working, but I am very happy about all the professional support received.
