GENISIS IS *HIT! Dont buy Genisis

I bought a Genisis Vacuum cleaner from verimark in September 2022, but it was a birthday gift to my wife on the 17th November 2022. We barely used it a month and the whole thing started to fall apart, the "cup" as they call it burst when we inserted a new attachment, the roller on the vacuum pipe stopped turning, the vacuum did not vacuum anymore, so I took it back to Verimark because it is still under Warranty, they said they would send it in for repairs as they can not replace the vacuum. Today 13 December 2022 they call me and tell me I need to pay them to replace the "cup" and the filter (I had a brand new filter in and there was still and extra filter in the box) This is just a joke from them because it is still brand new and is not suppose to fall apart after being used only for 3 weeks or so. I would not recommend a Genisis vacuum to anyone! They break as fast as you buy them and they are not cheap at all. STAY AWAY FROM GENISIS! They have bad customer service aswell.
