Genesis vacuum cleaners

Genesis vacuum cleaners are probably the worst product I've spent money on. The first was the Genesis Cyclo which lasted about 30 minutes. I immediately exchanged it for the Genesis Duravac which is also faulty. The bag inside doesn't fit properly, causing the dust to just blow out and cause more dust in the house than there was before.
