Genesis vacuum cleaner accessories
Vacuum cleaner floor head is an extremely weak design. Under domestic use conditions it fails repeatedly at the same weak spots. No replacement parts are available, only the complete head.
Hi Gerhard, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’ve experienced with the floor head.
Please send us the Genesis vacuum model, date of purchase, and proof of purchase to *** for investigation. If possible, please also include a photo of the vacuum/model label so that we can investigate the matter further.
