Genesis steam iron

Last year we bought 2 Genesis power steam advanced steam iron with my sister, we both complained that they are not working so I took mine back. I believe they gave me an old one so I went back again and they said they can only send it for repair. I got it back the seal was broken, no filling cup and I'm still not happy with the iron but I cannot go back anymore because of the stinky attitude from the lady in that store
