My wife purchased a Genesis POWER STEAM ADVANCED STEAM IRON , from game in September 2019 , and the iron stopped working two months later in November , we could not get a refund, this put me , with the additional expense of purchasing a Phillip's iron that we always used , the iron has been sent in for repairs to verimark , the frustration of this purchase is that an item is bought from a national supplier in good faith and to pay an incredible amount of money for the item to work for two months , previously irons that I purchased lasted for years , the promise of money back guarantee is false, this is false advertising
