Genesis Minimax Vacuum Cleaner

We bought the Genesis Minimax vacuum cleaner a few months ago- it stopped working after two months, my husband took it back to Game from where we purchased it, we were told to wait three weeks, which was this last Sunday. My husband bought ANOTHER one on the same day, as I needed one immediately- this was just over three weeks ago, now it just stopped working, I am so frustrated! I have left it for over an hour, and tried again...nothing doing. I clean out my filter after vacuuming each room, and rinse it out every single day...this is an absolute piece of *******!
