Genesis Mega Stream Iron
I brought a Genesis MegaStream Iron at Game in January 2022 for R799.00, I kept the box, proof of payment for guarantee purpose. Then early this Month the Iron stopped working, i took it back to the store. The Verimark rep told me i have to wait 21 working days before i can know if the Iron will be repaired, refunded or replaced. I send email to customer services the same thing was confirmed. I asked since this Iron is used once or twice a week what must happen while waiting for their determination. They told me and confirm in email that it is their company policy there is nothing they can do
There 21 working days is a lot, it is almost a month waiting for determination from a technician on item that is used weekly or daily in many household plus the price on the brand should treat customers much better based on what they charge on items
