Genesis Mega Steam Iron what a ****

I regret purchasing your Genesis Mega Steam iron it’s money wasted I purchased it and had to return it after 3 weeks because your ad says the steam is out of this world and it’s non stick well guess what even the new replaced iron does exactly the same the steam is hardly there and it burns my clothes due to the sticky plate it does what a normal iron would only do in 3 years time! I am not happy with this product it is not working as advertised thinking of contacting the CPA to assist I don’t want this iron! I want my money back! It’s the worst iron on the market! Oh and check with your Verimark Sunward Park branch the lady assisted me on the 1st of September 2024 call me to arrange for collection and give my money back!
