Genesis Hydrovac (Poor build quality)

I'm So disappointed with Verimark and their assistance , I wrote a review a month ago (Genesis Hydrovac (Poor build quality)) , They rep**** back with steps I can follow to get my issue resolved however after taking the item back to the store , they need to book it in for 5 week turnaround, the store suggest me to take it to head office ,Head office said they can not help me faster or replace the clips because they do not keep a warranty ?????? it will cost me R75 to replace each and the unit is about 12 months (With the same garbage that keeps on breaking) No management available to discuss or contact , no supervisor to give you feedback , my rating dropped for this company , i will need to get another brand or supplier if I don't get any help , I will also need to tell other consumers not to fall in this trap !
