Genesis Hydrovac Extreme with poor service

Genesis Hydrovac Extreme with both clips that broke. Where do you find parts for the Hoover? I've spoken to many of your consultant and not one can help me with this. How can you sell something that doesn't come with spare parts. What type of company is this plus you're products are of poor quality as well. we paid R5000 for a hoover where the clips brake of like nothing. Please can someone reply to me with a proper solution so that i can get it fixed. i need two side clips as both of them have broken off and know we cant use the hoover.
