Genesis Hydrovac Extreme II doesnt work Verimark cant take it back

I bought a Genesis Hydrovac Extreme II vacuum cleaner in august last year, which has lost its suction power & ive called mall of Africa where I bought & the they cant assist me because they can pick up my information since I`ve closed the account, can someone assist i need the vacuum checked out
