Genesis Garment Steamer Platinum does not work!!!Verimark owes me a refund!

Hi I purchased a Genesis Garment Steamer Platinum and paid R1999.99 for it and it does not work according to how it’s advertised. It leaves pools of water on my clothes and has damaged one of my jackets. I took it to the store to return it and get a refund and was told that they will only give me a voucher. I want my full money back. I called their customer care team and spoke to Thobile who also stated they they will assess the machine before deciding what to do. I refuse to be sold an item that I don’t trust any longer and want my full refund. The CPA (s56) the consumer (being myself) can choose whether I want a refund. I choose a full refund.
