Genesis DuraVac vacuum cleaner. Time waster
Genesis DuraVac 1200W This is most waist of money. Bought this vacuum cleaner in December. Was told it is a very good vacuum cleaner. With vacuum cleaner you can't even clean one carpet. The little filler that is on the motor side it so quickly clocked up that you keep on have to clean it. The best part is ther is n bag in the vacuum cleaner. I got so fed up with the vacuum cleaner that I don't even want to used it anymore.

Once we get the product back to our Head Office we can give you feedback regarding your query on this item. It would be easier if you could book it in at a Verimark store
Could you perhaps advise when you will be going to the store so I can have an idea of when to look out for your units?
