Genesis duravac

I bought a genesis duravac in march 2019. Its now aug. I do not have a domestic or any one else using the machine. 3 of the 4 wheels have broken off already. Its pathetic excuses for wheels. The hose is way to short. When you are just a little too far from the cleaner itself and you pull on the hose you tilt it over and the machine overworks itself. The noise is absolutely way too loud. After cleaning just 2 rooms it needs cleaning again because the suction power drops drastically. I hate this vacuum cleaner. I plan to buy a new one... Definitely NOT a genesis again.!!
