Genesis cordless Turbo Vac - stay away!!!

Genesis cordless turbo vacuum cleaner is a total disaster! I have purchased this unit in August this year, paid the R3000 and was looking forward to using it. It is flimsy, does not have sucking power and cuts out after 3 minutes of operation after full charge. I took it back to the Verimark store and was told that I need to clean the filter and empty the canister after every vacuum (????) - which is crazy!! and defeats the purpose really. I had a Bosch before and it worked beautifully for 5 years. Anyway, I did that and there was no improvement. Now, 3 months later the rubber pipe at the foot of the unit has holes in it!!! they told me I have to book it in for repairs - a 3 month old unit that never worked in the first place!!! I want my money back please. I will never again get a Genesis product. Terrible after sales service and horrible product. I would like for Verimark to contact me and arrange the refund ASAP. Thanks!
