Genesis 2000W Multi-Cyclonic keeps overheating

I just want to start to say that I am always happy with the after service I got from Verimark its excellent, but I bought a Genesis 2000W Multi-Cyclonic bagless vacuum cleaner December 2018 I only started to use in January 2019 in middle February it started to cut out, overheating then you must wait at least 30 to 40 min for it to cool down. I vacuum once a week 3 rooms so that means I used it around 7 times cleaning it every time after each use I wash all the filters and the sponge and other parts I decided I will return it for a refund at Verimark Centurion but they decided they will rather clean it for me it was already clean but the guy who helped me said that it will not overheat again after 2 vacuums it started to cut out again so I took it in again this time someone else helped me saying I must buy new filters so I bought new filters after 6 vacuums it cut out again and again and again after cleaning it.

So I started to search on google and was surprised I am not the only one having this problem there was 2 cases that I found. From experience I know the importance of cleaning the vacuum cleaner every time after been used because you will start losing suction power and it will over heat but even after cleaning it still cuts out this is not my first vacuum cleaner from Verimark you can reuse the filter for numerous times understanding that even if the filter is clean the suction power will not be the same anymore but the vacuum cleaner is not supposed to cut out.

So my question to Verimark is, it is still under warranty will they replace it for me I will pay the difference in for this one Genesis Duravac Pro.

just to mention while this vacuum cleaner was not in use for most of the time, I was using my Genesis Turbo that the motor burned out about a month ago. I decided to phone Verimark spares just to found out if spares is still available for this very old vacuum cleaner, spares was still available, but I decided to s**** it.
