I bought a genesis in November 2015 and in December the turbo brush gave problems. I took it back and the turbo brush was exchanged. It gave me the same problems and took it back on the 11 January 2016. After I got it back on the 31 January it had the same problems. <br> <br> I would like my money back as you have money back guarantee. I do not want the machine the cost me alot and giving me endless problems.<br>
