Genesis 1200w multi vortex vacuum.

I Am extremely disappointed in their Genesis multi vortex 1200w vacuum. I always had the Genesis cyclone which worked so well and suction was awesome. I got given the more expensive Genesis 1200w as a gift and was so excited only to find that the suction is so low it takes me ages to vacuum. I approached Makro where I bought it and was told no refund but they can send away for repairs. The vacuum is not broken its just useless. I was prepared to suffer a loss and exchange it for the much cheaper machine. Now I am literally stuck with this machine. I am not a happy chappy and would think twice before buying their products again.
