Gateway Manager Complaint

I Floorwiz mop was bought at Game Ladysmith from Louise and for me to collect at Game City Umgeni Rd. Upon arrival at Game City Umgeni, the rep Louise sent it to West Street, Durban Central. After hours Louise phoned and said I could collect at Game Gateway. I arrived at Game Gateway only do be dealt with by Verimark Manager Edie who didn't know anything. I was sent from pillar to post and 1 hour later still nothing. Edie spoke in a condescending manner and kept interrupting me when I spoke. I stated that I would be leaving as everything has been paid where after he threatened to call the police and warned the guard against me. ****** at its best! Game Gateway nor Verimark will ever see me and I demand an apology
