Frustrating experience with Verimark

I purchased a Steam Mop on 02 July 2021 from Verimark Mall of the South and was disappointed with the performance as it was not what was advertised. I took the product back on 04 July 2021 which was within the money back guarantee period. I was initially disappointed to learn that a refund takes 5 working, I however supp**** the details requested. I was then contacted last week Tuesday by the branch requesting my banking details yet instore they had requested by Bank Card details, I provided the details. Today is working day 7 and i am yet to receive my refund. I have purchased many items from Verimark with no issues with products or service but this is really trying my patience with them. We can't be having such service failures in 2021 with the tech we have.
