Foorwiz sponge keeps coming off, its a total waste of time! Rather throw the R349 away on fast food!
Nothing easy or quick about this product! The product that I bought went for repairs but still has the same problem/flaw! A waste of money and time, only contributes to frustration! Foorwiz for R349 from Verimark has a major design flaw! The sponge comes loose or even off with every rinse and you have to hook it back by hand and repeat that on every rinse. The same thing happens if you move the mop a bit sideways! A total exercise in frustration and I would strongly recommend you don't buy this mop - its basically a Verimark *******! They sell a good story but the product can't deliver and they hope you won't complain because its not a lot of money you've wasted.

Please note however that our packaging states that the mechanism only is covered by our guarantee as the sponge is a consumable.
