Florrwiz

Recently we purchased a Floorwiz Mop which worked fine until it bottom part started giving problems. We thought by buying a replacement for the bottom it would solve the problem.<br> <br> But to our surprise now its even worse than the one we bought originally.<br> <br> Is this the kind of products you sell your customers?<br> I felt this would be the appropriate place to let you guys know about the bad service and product you are selling.<br> <br> When trying to call your call centre I did not get any response at all. Phone just rings.<br> <br> You have good Ads. Make sure your products are even better than your adverts!!!<br>
