Floorwizz Pro - Continuously falling apart

Hi<br> <br> I bought the floorwizz pro from Spar in Bluff but since the first use the sponge continuously pops out of the mop handle. It pops out when mopping, when you put it on the floor or even when im rinsing it out. If i do eventually get the sponge to stay in if it hits a small bump in the floor it will pop out and I end up scratching the tiles with the plastic part it clips into. Im not sure if maybe I ended up with a defective mop because I cant believe that this mop is so badly designed. I have even tried replacing the sponge which ended up making the mop even more of a hassle. I never thought a mop could actually make me hate mopping. <br> <br> Regards<br> Unhappy Mopper
