I purchased a Verimark mop 2 years ago and i did not expect the parts to be so weak and bolts rusting. I expected this item to last for longer. I have pictures as evidence. this is my second replacement mop . After contacting Verimark and assured that their products are manufactured under strict quality control procedures to satisfy our consumers, they now expect me to take it in for a repair quote. Highly disappointed with your product.

We can assure you that our products are manufactured under strict quality control procedures to satisfy our consumers.

Please note however that our packaging states that the mechanism only is covered by our guarantee as the sponge is consumable.
Also ,note that the Floorwiz mop has one guarantee against manufacturing defect

You are welcome to book the unit at your closest Verimark store to be sent for a free quote to have the unit repaired.
