<p>Verimark sells you a product on the basis that it will outlast any mop because you can simply replace the refill sponge and that you will never have to buy another mop again. With that in mind you convince yourself that it is a good investment at R149.95 because the refills are approximately R50. Then, when you need to purchase your first refill for your immortal mop, you get told that they have changed the design and your mop has been discontinued. When i asked why they changed the design (other than the obvious reason that they want to increase revenue and sales of the newly designed mop) I was told that it was a design improvement. The only visible difference is that the refill attachment has been changed.</p> <p>If you have no intention of maintaining the design of your immmortal mop, dont sell it off as the "last mop you will ever buy." Verimark offers a 1 year quality guarantee but that means nothing if you ahev to change the sponge refill and they no longer make it.</p> <p>I will never buy another Verimark/Floorwiz product again.</p>
