Floorwiz Butterfly elite mop SPONGE let Down
I just bought a replacement sponge for my floorwiz butterfly mop elite. It doesn't seem to fit on my mop head and I don't know what to do? It doesn't just slide in. I'm very disappointed in this and as a student I can't just buy a new mop of R150 every time Verimark updates it mops.
Please someone help me find an old head fitting.
