Floorwiz *******
Bought floorwiz mop in December 2023,tried to return it in January,as the mop kept coming off,due to the velcro not holding.I was told I cannot get it exchanged and I had to purchase a new mop,never buy Verimark products they an absolute *******.They quick to sell you the product but come to their guarantee utter *******
