FLOORWHIZ IS NOT-A-WHIZ

I bought a Verimark Floor Whiz a little over a year ago - It has given me endless problems and am tired of having to bend over to reconnect the mops head after every glides on the floor.<br> <br> This defeats the purpose of having bought the floorwhiz - I might as well stick to my spaghetti mop?!?!?!<br> <br> I went to Verimark in Makro December 2015 and was turned away because I bought the floorwhiz in October 2014. I was prepared to pay in the difference for the upgraded mop but sadly because the '12 month warranty' has expired - I was turned away and no alternative offered<br> <br> I am really disgusted in the customer service or lack thereof from Verimark!<br> <br> I would like to know how I am able to get the upgraded floorwhiz because I am doing more harm than good to my back<br> <br> Yours faithfully<br> UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER <br>
