Floor Wizz Dual Combo

I'm having a very bad experience with Verimark and their service, so I purchased a Floorwhizz dual combo mop 2 months ago, within the first month the clips had broken up from the lid of the bucket causing the the mop to come up with the lid, I then returned it Verimark says there's no warranty for the bucket but will try to assist, so I waited 3 weeks then fetched it which I was advised it was fixed and serviced, when I got home and unpacked it there was nothing done to it. I reported it to their email address which was provided, they advise that I take it back to Verimark, that will mean me waiting another 3 weeks, the mop cost R500 and was not misused for it be such poor quality and the service I get is pathetic, will not advise anyone to purchase this product I just wasted R500
