Five stars for Verimark

This is a big shout out for Verimark Kennilworth and Varimark Blue Route.

I took a Bauer Pro pan that was used in a commercial outlet to Kennilworth. It was bashed up and had no handle. I asked if I could have the pan re-coated. Imagine my delighted surprise when I was given a replacement pan with handle that looked the same as a new one. I pad a fraction of the cost for the replacement. A week later I took the extractor blade unit for a Genesis Nutrimax to Kennilworth. It was leaking. No problem - they gave me a new extractor blade unit.

A week later I was in Blue Route Varimark. I had poured boiling water into the Genesis Nutrimax Cup and a crack had developed along the join. I was so impressed. No problem. They will order a new one - but gave me a used Cup that I could use in the mean time.

It is so refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and who's staff are so helpful and accommodating.
