FAULTY VACUUM CLEANER

Because of wear and tear I thought of upgrading my old genisis vacuum cleaner and I bought the 1600 W Filtration Vacuum Cleaner a few months ago, but how dissapointing. It's supposed to be a very strong motor, but over the weekend I vacumed my carpets and it couldn't eve pick up a small button on the ground.

I'm so frustrated with this machine, my dogs sleep in my house, and it can't even clean the carpets to *** up all the hair. I didn't take it back to the store, because I didn't keep my slip an surely you are going to charge me to fix it, even though I paid R1700 for it.
