Fantastic Service - Verimark - Northgate

I would like to place on record the fantastic service I received from Nicholas at the Northgate branch. My mom's vacuum cleaner wasn't working properly so they replaced the motor and serviced the machine all at no cost to me as the machine was still under their 2 year guarantee.
