Exceptional assistance

Wimpie van den Berg assisted with the resolution of a complaint recently escalated. After resolving the complaint Wimpie indicated that he will keep my details and should he be able to source the item required, he will let me know. Bearing in mind that they no longer stock the item, I really did not expect to hear from him again. Wimpie however did source the item and arranged that I collect it.<br> This is really unexpected and amazing to know that some people really intend to deliver good service and go the extra mile to assist. <br> Thank you Wimpie van den Berg.
