<p>We have a Genesis Housemaster vacuum and by accident it fell and a wheel broke. I took the machine to the headquarters in Northriding, Randburg and got the nicest service from a beautiful lady who took details fast and efficiently and said she would get back to me. Once she did, the lovely people at verimark had fixed it up within a week and it was ready to be picked up. The machine was given back to me with a smile, I just wanted to thank Verimark for their enthusiasm and being very helpful at a stressful time. Good service, happy people all around. </p>
