Do Not Buy Verimark Products

In November 2017 I bought a 23 metres Gorilla Extended Hose . On 16th June 2018 I took the hose in for repairs at the Verimark store at the Mall of Africa as it had sprung a leak. They couldn't give me a new replacement but I had to book it in for repairs which would take 3 weeks for collection. In the meantime I had to do without a hose in the dry season. I collected the repaired hose on 12th July 2018. I only used it for 5 days when the repaired hose again sprung a leak. I took the hose to the head office off Witkoppen Road on 17 July 2018 where they wanted to book the hose in for repairs again. After voicing my disappointment with their products and service they agreed to replace the hose with a new one. Once again on 19th October the hosepipe again burst. When I took it to their Witkoppen Road HQ they refused to give me a refund or to even give me a new replacement hose but instead booked it in for repairs again. This will take another 3 weeks before I can collect it by which time the one year warranty will expire and if it again springs a leak or bursts I will have no claim on Verimark. I write this review to warn potential buyers not to buy the Gorilla Extended Hose as this product will keep giving you problems. I am also not satisfied with the service of Verimark to back up their advertising.
