Do not buy any products from VERIMARK.

I handed in a vacuum cleaner for repairs on the 28/08/2024. Till today I did not receive any feedback on the outcome or when I can expect my machine back. I tried phoning Verimark Head Office to deal with the service department, and also not even bother to answer calls. I phone numerous times. I tried to deal with the Depot, I bought the machine from, Verimark, Rustenburg and the are also not bothered to assist me with my complaint. I am not getting any service from Verimark. Please reconsider before purchasing any products from them.

Reviewer Update
Still waiting for Verimark, for the call as promised. But the worst , still no feedback regarding my machine. Rather empty promises from customer care. Promises that they not adhere to. Verimark is useless, and all people working for them must rather remain in Vermimark structures before the ruin another top company.
