Disgusting service

Disgusting service... I purchased my son's Christmas gift from them in December a day after there was a manufacturer default with the store agreed to... They did not have any of the product in store and said they would contact me for an exchange... Almost 3 months later I contact verimark 3 weeks ago to try resolve this matter they give me the run around and today tell me it's passed the date with and exchange or refund.. The sales agent in the shop admitted to the fault now my son has no gift aftern3 months of lies... Disgusting
