Disgusted with Bauer and Verimark service
Very very Bad. We have a Bauer pan ever since they came out about ten years ago. We had it re-coated once. coating is coming of even though we just wipe it with a wet cloth. Verimark now tells us we HAVE to buy a new pan because BAUER does not serve or help their clients anymore. Thank you for ****py service VERIMARK and BAUER. Very bad customer service. Our whole Family and all my approximate 1000 facebook friend are digusted. Regards Hans H Grobler
