I have a Red 10 in 1 Pro Genisis Steam Mop and the number 21 Accessory Connector is missing. I called and spoke to Windy in July 2020. To date no joy. I am email Verimark and communicated with Thobile Mashaba. Still no joy. I just need the connector to operate the vacuum cleaner which cost me R2000.
