Disappointing and **** advert

Purchased the Minimax vacuum cleaner. I have given this cleaner 1 month of chance, however I find the the results extremely disappointing and the adverti*****t misleading. The advert states there is enough power to left a fridge, however the cleaner struggles with grass on carpet. The Turbo Brush also barely spins. Please advise what can be done about the situation.
