Disappointed kids and bad customer service at libertymall

I have purchased twoi play super drone for christmas gifts however my kids were so excited and only to know that it doesnt work. So i took it back to the stkre and asked them to give me another one so they said that they dont have instore so i had budget myself at that time and they want me to take something else and my kids are so unhappy and as a parent im heart broken. This is not the first time tbis has happen and tge service in this store at libertymall is disgusting the manger walked in just said what she wanted to and left and i as a customer stands there forced to do what they want me to do add more money and take another product but did they stop and think if i have that extra funds available no. There product are not worth my money. Now i have two unhappy boys and their reply to me is mummy why did you buy from that place. Verimark is bad with custo. Er service staff rude and arragant i will never buy from this store and im sure to tell my friends and family about the experience i had with verimark. And tbere products afe not value for mobey at all. Their staff should learn customer service and not to dissapoint kids in the futurevery unsatified customer aboht product and customer service.
