<p>Should you purchase a Verimark product from Builders, Game or any other store besides a verimark store, verimark will NOT honour the guarantee???</p> <p>One needs to take it back to the store, not a verimark store.</p> <p>Makes a lot of sense.</p> <p>And they do not inform the client</p>

This is incorrect, any Verimark Direct Store will honour the guarantee and will assist with an assessment, repair or exchange (with the exception of a refund). Should you require a refund and the unit was purchased at a retailer, you will have to return it to the retailer were it was purchased.
A per our e-mail correspondence we will investigate this and action internally.
We have received confirmation that your complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction.
