Damaged goods

So finally faulty expensive carpet cleaning machine was fixed - or so I thought. Tried to wash my carpets today - filled the water compartment only to find that it is ****ing water - whole carpet soaked . Machine was clearly not fixed - neither was it checked after the repair???? Again I sit with the obvious factory fault machine, yet again inconvenienced and have to take the machine in yet again. When something is clearly a factory fault surely it should be replaced or refunded!!! So tired of paying a lot of money for advertised products from Verimark that clearly doesn't ever work!!!!
