Continually Broken

Hi there, I am very disappointed in my Genesis HausMeister I bought for R6,000.00. To begin with I previously had a clean green machine as they were known and this lasted me for over 12 years. It finally gave up the ghost so I went out and purchased the Gensist HausMeister from Game. I had only used the machine twice and the injection pump stopped working. I took the machine back and Game sent it away. I waited about 4 to 5 weeks before I got it back. I then used the machine again for about 5 times and the engine itself blew I could smell the burning which when I took in to verimark they confirmed. So again it was sent away came back after a week or two but I was told that the undercarriage and wheel had been broken in transit. I am still waiting for the machine to come back. I really think I should have been given a new machine the one I currently have has had one problem after the next and is no longer a new machine. Verimark needs to come to the party here!!! Really disappointed
